GENERAL

All homes individually crafted on site and built in compliance with State and Municipal Codes and Covenants Concrete foundations with poured walls or 8” block construction. (All Living Areas are Poured Walls) Footing drain tile and sump pits in all homes.

CONSTRUCTION FRAMING 2 X 4 wall construction on 16" centers, ¾” tongue and groove plywood or OSB sub-floor, ½" plywood or OSB roof.

INSULATION R-40 (8 & 9’ flat ceilings) R-19+ wall insulation in all finished living areas. R-30+ in cathedral and vaulted ceilings. Foam and fiberglass insulation around all windows and exterior doors. Vapor wrapped exterior.

DRYWALL Drywall on interior walls and ceilings. Walls are glued, screwed and nailed.
