Most of the homes we build originate from the array of designs that we have already created, and some homes have even had their conceptual start on the back of a client's napkin – then using our design capability to craft a finished plan.

The construction process is always open to the owner and we encourage an active involvement, ensuring that our subcontractors are available for your questions and concerns. Our building techniques and material selection provide a high quality house with modern convenience and comfort.

This same customized service continues, even after your home is completed and you have move in. MK&I follows through and doesn’t leave you when your home is finished. Our personal “hands-on” service is all about satisfying our customers and making sure that that satifaction continues.
