The Home Model E is a very popular house that can be modified in many ways. It ranges from 1760 to 1940 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and a two car or three car attached garage. It features a wide foyer and an open concept kitchen/dining/living area that is great for family gatherings.


This plan is a version of the home pictured above with the laundry room located upstairs rather than in the basement. It has 1860 sq ft of living space.
