MK&I is currently building on lots purchased at a number of active sub-divisions in Porter County, Indiana. In addition to these locations we can also build on a lot that you own or plan to buy. With the permission of the developer, we can also build in sub-divisions where we are not currently building. In all these cases MK&I makes the process an easy one and can create a custom design suited to the nature of the sub-division and the requirements of the lot.
