Vern Greavu has 18 years experience in production as an operating supervisor and 20 years in management of sales. As MK&I's "frontman" he handles sales and client relations. His keen understanding of the home building business and utmost desire to satisfy the customer is coupled with an engaging personalbilty.

Lori Monahan has 17 years of experience as a closer and office manager for title insurance companies. Working as a closing officer has given her the expertise to handle the construction financing and paper work for M&I. Lori keeps all the financing easy for new homebuyers.
